New VC Campus In Chattanooga Receives Chamber of Commerce Award

The new Virginia College School of Business and Health in Chattanooga, Tennessee, was recently presented the organization's "Showcase Business Award."  The Chamber gave the award in recognition of the campus's "significant contribution to the Brainerd/Eastgate/Ridgeside business community in areas of aesthetic improvement and/or access to resources."  The school is located in an area that has been targeted for revitalization by local government and civic groups.  The nearby Eastgate Mall is undergoing major renovation.
 
Virginia College School of Business and Health Campus Director Kane Walls says, "We are proud to be a part of the rebirth of this area of a very dynamic city.  It is exciting for us to be here and to have so many students and potential students as well as the business community welcoming us."
