Golf Academy of America Featured on Radio Across America

Oct 21, 2010

With the expanding popularity of golf--and the two million jobs associated with it in the U.S. alone--it's no wonder the nation's largest golf radio network would want Golf Academy of America to take part in one of its shows.

Rich Iorio, Campus Director for the San Diego school, recently appeared on the Tee It Up Show, a syndicated radio program reaching golf fans every Sunday morning from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. EST. Now in its 14th year, the show's network of stations covers more than 6,000 cities across North America.

Here's Iorio's HERE interview (4:33) with show hosts and founders Adam Gottfried (left in photo) and Al Gottfried.

Iorio discussed the new campus location for Golf Academy of America in Phoenix, as well as aspects of the school's training program that prepares graduates for some of the two million jobs in the $84 billion golf industry.
