Just add bride and groom

As part of their final examination at Culinard, the Culinary Institute of Virginia College, Birmingham pastry students of Chef Instructors Thomas Mair and Matthew Dyer were asked to produce a three-tier specialty wedding cake. The chefs said their students did an excellent job using their creative talents in producing the cakes, which were judged on flavor, design, technique, feasibility and other factors.
