Columbus campus has successful grand opening

More than 250 attendees celebrated the grand opening of the Columbus campus of Virginia College, which began holding classes last October. With live music setting the mood, party-goers enjoyed crab cakes, pulled pork and an array of crudités prepared by Culinard. Demonstrations were provided by students and faculty from Cosmetology, Therapeutic Massage, Medical Assistant, Business Administration, Network Engineering and Criminal Justice.

At the ribbon cutting, Columbus business and Chamber of Commerce leaders join ECA's CEO Tom Moore and Campus President Beverly Jeffries for the grand opening of the Virginia College Columbus campus.

Delorise Sanders, Program Director for the Pharmacy Technician program, joins Adjunct Instructor Stacy Lakes for the grand opening.
