Virginia College in Tulsa and its Campus President, Barbara Holliman, were recognized by G.T. Bynum, Chairman of the Tulsa City Council, who recently toured the new campus.
Paige Alexander, center, is the first enrolled student at the Florence, SC Virginia College campus, which starts classes on July 11, 2012. Ms. Alexander has chosen the Medical Assistant program. Erica Ward is her Admissions Associate.
Belinda Guillory, Admissions Associate at Virginia College in Shreveport/Bossier City, pictured right, takes a moment with the smiling Kellee Choate, the campus's first enrolled student. Ms. Choate is a Bossier City native and loves working with children. She will be in the Medical Assistant career program.

Five students from Virginia College in Mobile—Michael Edwards, Jr., Santana Cunningham, Jennifer Alexander, Kerprenia Dailey and Daniel D. Lee— recently attended the Alabama State Phi Beta Lambda Professional Business Organization State Leadership Conference in Birmingham.
They were joined by their advisor, Barbara Irvin, Business Adjunct Instructor. In the opening session, the Mobile group was inspired by motivational speeches from Siran Stacy, a retired pro football player, and Tommy Jackson, a retired financial advisor.
Staffers from Virginia College School of Business and Health in Knoxville recently walked in the Dogwood Arts Parade. The Dogwood Arts Festival is a spring event sponsored by a nonprofit organization that helps fund arts education in schools, promote the visual and performing arts, and preserve and enhance the natural beauty of the region.
