Veterans Day observed at more Virginia College campuses

Virginia College campuses showed respect for military veterans—including its many military students—in various observances last week.
In Macon, students and staff members were honored to host a speaker from the local Veteran's Center.
Jacksonville's Kat Setzer, Student Services Associate, made and presented certificates thanking student veterans for their service. The group enjoyed cake made by students in the Culinary Arts program and shared stories.
In Augusta, Sharon Scott, Program Director for the MA/MOA/MOM programs, helps prepare food in honor of Veterans Day. Rex Knapp, Campus Administrator and Richard Parker, Maintenance Coordinator team up at the grill.
