Kitchen on George’s Chef Tilley leads Thanksgiving 101 event in Mobile

Chef Carl Tilley and his team did a fantastic job with a Thanksgiving 101 event recently held at Kitchen on George to a rapt audience of more than 40 guests.
Kitchen on George is affiliated with Culinard, the Culinary Institute of Virginia College in Mobile.
The event was a partnership with AL.com, Mobile Press Register, and Greer's Market, a local grocery store beloved by Mobilians. One of Greer’s executives, Lucy Greer, is a Culinard graduate and was there to answer questions.
This 22-minute video features Chef Tilley preparing a cranberry relish and a family recipe for oyster dressing (the recipe of which is included on the webpage with the video).
