Cosmetology students create hairstyles for Knoxville Fashion Week models

Mar 26, 2014

Cosmetology students at Virginia College School of Business and Health in Knoxville took their first step into the high fashion world recently by designing hair for models taking part in Knoxville’s Fashion Week.

Throughout the week-long event, models came to Virginia College where Cosmetology students created hairstyles for the models’ runway appearances. During the culminating Grand Finale night, students, staff and faculty were on site to make sure that no hair emergencies took place. The first-year partnership went so well that the Virginia College team was invited to participate in next year’s Fashion Week.

Congrats to all who helped make it a success!
