Baton Rouge campus holds Grand Opening

Over 100 guests from the Baton Rouge, LA area attended a recent grand opening for the new Virginia College Culinary Arts program.
The event featured campus tours, ribbon cutting and food prepared by the faculty and staff of Culinard, the Culinary Institute of Virginia College. Special guests included Chef Thomas Robey and James Beard award-winner Chef Tory McPhail from Commander's Palace in New Orleans (pictured above, flanking Campus President Carlo Romano and Culinary Arts Program Director Chef Dusty Cooper). Also above, Chef McPhail is seen with student Joni Eleam.
Virginia College partnered with the Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce for the event.
