Culinard-trained chef wins major New Orleans cooking honor

Chef Brandon Felder, a graduate of Culinard, the Culinary Institute of Virginia College in Birmingham, recently won the Emerging Chefs Challenge at The Cannery in New Orleans. Chef Felder and his team from the CBD fine dining restaurant, Le Foret, shared the honor.
