New England College of Business to Attend the New Jersey Bankers Association's Annual Human Resources Conference

Atlantic City, NJ — October 16-17, 2014New England College of Business, winner of the Gold Medal for Best Practices in Online Learning from the United States Distance Learning Association, will be attending the New Jersey Bankers Association Annual Human Resources Conference from Oct. 16-17 at Caesar's Resort in Atlantic City, NJ.

The conference features two days of educational sessions on modern human resource practices and employment issues as well as networking opportunities with local industry leaders.  Anticipated discussions will explore issues including culture within an organization, incentive compensation, employee recruitment and retention. New England College of Business will be networking with human resources professionals and recruiting potential corporate partners. It will also be promoting its Professional Development Scholarship worth $2,000 for graduate programs, which will go to one employee who is nominated by a corporate partner employer.
