Kitchen on San Marco Named Jacksonville's Best New Restaurant in Folio Weekly's "Best of Jax" Awards

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — September 22, 2015 — Kitchen on San Marco is pleased to announce it has been honored with the Best New Restaurant award in the 25th annual "Best of Jax" readers' poll conducted by Folio Weekly, Northeast Florida's alternative newsmagazine. The "Best of Jax" poll allows readers to nominate and vote on people, places and things in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Fernandina Beach and Fleming Island. Winner profiles will be included in the Sept. 23 and Sept. 30 issues of Folio Weekly.

Kitchen on San Marco opened in April 2015 and was recently named one of Jacksonville's Top 20 best restaurants by Jacksonville's Fine Dining Examiner. Kitchen on San Marco's menu consists of a wide variety of fresh, contemporary gastropub food and changes seasonally to focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and regional cuisine.
