Brightwood College in Dayton to Host Open House And Ribbon Cutting Oct. 22 to Showcase Rebranding

DAYTON, Ohio — October 14, 2015 — Brightwood College, formerly known as Kaplan College, will host an Open House for members of the business community on Thursday, Oct. 22 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at its campus located at 2800 E. River Road. The event is a celebration of the rebranding of the career college since its acquisition by Education Corporation of America (ECA) this year.

WHEN: Thursday, Oct. 22 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Ribbon cutting to be held at 5:30 p.m.

The event will begin with a ribbon cutting ceremony led by the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, which will take place at 5:30 p.m. Guests can meet faculty and staff and enjoy tours of the campus, hors d’oeuvres and libations. Guests are encouraged to RSVP by emailing or calling 937.294.6155.

The newly acquired Kaplan College (and its affiliate campuses) locations in California, Indiana, Maryland, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Texas will all be rebranded to Brightwood between October 2015 and March 2016.
